‍Philanthropy has been responsible for lots of awesome stuff. And it is also seriously problematic. The pandemic and society's reckoning with systemic racism shine a bright light on many philosophies and practices that have been holding back our sector. Jessamyn Shams-Lau and Vu Le, two of the authors of "Unicorns Unite: How Nonprofits and Foundations Can Build Epic Partnerships," will engage in an honest, no-holds-barred, no-BS conversation about what we can no longer tolerate, and what we must do moving forward in order to unlock our sector's full potential to create a just and equitable world.
